Map a crossing you made
Pick a crossing you already made and write one line for each of the five stages as you lived them. Mark the stage where you nearly turned back.
For the group
Take a crossing someone in the group has already made and map it to the five stages together. Where was the Promise? Where was the Problem? Did they Probe first or leap?
For the leader
Use one person's real crossing, not a hypothetical. The framework becomes real when it has a name attached.
If your group prays together
Early in the morning Joshua and all the Israelites set out from Shittim and went to the Jordan, where they camped before crossing over.
