Who carried you
Write about one time you were carried by people who were not obliged to carry you. Write the names of the people who carried you at the bottom of the page.
For the group
Seth describes a moment where God's grief moved through him physically. Has anyone in the group experienced something similar, a grief or urgency that wasn't theirs? Describe it.
For the leader
This can go deep fast. If someone shares something raw, don't move to the next person immediately. Ask the group: "What do you want to say to that?"
